Tap2Go ticket

This is what your digital ticket looks like in the app and sales web.

After purchase, the ticket is available under My tickets with event, date, venue, type and a unique QR code for entry validation. The example below is illustrative — the real QR exists only in your account.

Do not publish your ticket — especially the QR code

The QR code is your entry key. If you share it on social media, stories, groups or screenshots, someone else may try to use your ticket before you do. Keep the ticket private, show it only at the entrance and avoid photos where the QR is visible.

What you see on the ticket

The collectible design is the same in the Tap2Go app and web store (Tapvendasweb): Tap2go side band, event image, date and time, venue, ticket type, quantity and the reading area for Tap2Scan.

  • Personal QR code Generated after confirmed payment. Each ticket has a unique code — there is no reusable generic QR.
  • Avoid publishing online Do not publish the full ticket or crops with the QR visible. This includes Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp status and TikTok.
  • Use only at the entrance Open the ticket in the app or authenticated web and show the screen to the Tap2Scan operator at validation.
  • Transfer with care If you send the ticket to someone else through the official feature, it will no longer be in your account — never share screenshots as an alternative.

How the QR appears in your account

On the public page we only show a placeholder. On the real ticket, the QR sits inside the luminous green frame — that is the area you must protect.
